if you're looking for a company that is there to please the customer this is the one. i contacted him the day before for a fast move of 2 loveseats and 2 mattresses with pickup locations in different spots. I met kuer at home Depot, rented a box truck gave him and his assistant the pickup addresses and where they needed to be delivered to. He provided me with clear communication of when he arrived Home Depot and the other locations. We estimate about 2 hours for pay but it took him 1 1/2 hours. i paid the full 2 hours with no problem. i highly recommend this company as they were very gentle with my furniture, removed their shoes on entry of my home but provided great customer service also. kuer showed up for a same- day 2 hour move yesteday. His team arrived at the time agreed, was ready to work and quickly finished the task, The service was spot on and comunication was great. I asked them to comeback the next day. Time was light buthe agreed to fitm me in. He had a team member call in an immediately jumped in to replace him while arranging for back up and additional supplies. (he asked in advance if i needed them and i said no) it was the most expensive move i've paid for ( mismanagement on my end) however, pricing was clear, compettive and consistent. th team was careful efficient and had a fantastic work ethic. They ensured everything was done to my satisfaction and i have never had a better experience. This is a go-to company to maintain a relationship with. Money very well spent! First choice company
